![]() ![]() He tells stories yes but they are all related and I feel I understand the Lord’s Prayer a lot better now. ![]() The book is 155 pages long which sounds long considering the Lord’s Prayer is only 5 lines long but at no point does the author ramble on a tangent. Have you ever really thought about the Lord’s Prayer, specifically why it has the words it has? Or like most people, me included, have you recited the Lord’s Prayer in church and on your own without really taking the time to figure out what it means, its deeper meaning? You wouldn’t be able to tell though if you hadn’t known as his insights make perfect sense and match what the bible is all about. The author is a layman in that he is not a professor of theology or a pastor or the like but he has been actively involved with many bible study groups and has written other books about the bible.
